  1. Redbush, also called rooibos and red tea, is an herbal tea.  It's caffeine-free and it's believed to be very high in antioxidants.  Some people claim that it can cure everything from heart disease to tooth decay.  I don't know how many of the claims are true, but there have been no toxic effects found and it tastes good.


  2. Redbush is not really a tea, it belongs to the legume family. Normal tea, is black and is stronger. Redbush has a lighter distinct flavour, I think it´s an acquired taste.
