Whats the difference between polycarbonate glass and plexiglass?

Are they the same? Different? Which one is more weather resistant? Thanks

They are different.  Of course, neither is actually glass; plexiglass is acrylic plastic, and polycarbonate is, well, polycarbonate (trade name Lexan).  If replacing window glazing, and I don't want to use glass, I would use polycarbonate: it is more expensive, but it is nearly indestructible.
