Whats the difference between ...................?

asian, mancunian, korean, ultra and complex ginseng. from holland and barrett ...im currently taking mancunian ginseng and just googled it and saw lots more different types....ive never taken this before but im absouletly thrilled with the effects so far...so can anybody tell me whats the difference.

from what I've heard about traditional Chinese medicine the different types of ginseng are fundamentally different and are used in different ways. For example-- American ginseng tends to have a cooling effect, while eleuthero ginseng has a warming effect.  Siberian ginseng is a personal favorite of mine, but I encourage you to try different types and stick with what works best with your body.  I'm happy for you!
