  1. Well Diet Drinks Have Sugar, But Is Reduced.

The No Added Sugar Completely Has No Sugar.

It Was Known Before That Diet Drinks Are Bad For Health.

  2. Diet Drinks Have Chemicals That Tastee Like Sugar In Them

No Added Sugar Drinks Have Just The Natural Sugar In Them Nothing added

  3. No Added Sugar means that there is sugar in the drink, but it's naturally from the fruit, and not just for kicks.

Diet generally means they took out all the calories and usually all the sugar, and replaced it with fake sugar like Splenda or something, and aspartame.

  4. A diet drink will contain no sugar or calories. It will have an artificial sweetener such as aspartame, saccharin, or sucralose. Examples of this are your standard diet sodas.

No sugar added means that only the natural sugar found in the usual ingredients is present in the drink. For example, orange juice squeezed from fresh oranges would have sugar, but some companies may add extra sugar to it to make it even sweeter. Orange juice straight from oranges would be no sugar added.

  5. diet drinks have sugar that are added to make the drink taste better.  The sugar in them triggers you to be hungrier later.  So go with the no added sugar drink.  But if you really want to be healthy and in shape, don't drink stuff like that at all
