Whats the difference between the 2 adidas logos?

theres 2 different ones. theres the round one and the triangular one. is there a meaning for this?

the first one is the traditional (trefoil), the second (three angular stripes) is the current logo..

no. the round one is the old Adidas logo and the one with just lines is the new logo.

I know thse one I collect a lot of adidas shoes, the first one is classic adidas logo the shoes that have that logo are usually old adidas shoes.

The second one is the new adidas logo which usually has to do with sports and casual wear.

I think they use the round one for tennis only and the triangles for everything else.
