Whats the difference between the marines the navy and the army

Question

Am thinking of joining the marines but before i do i want to know what would be better and what are my options and whats the longest time you can serve before you retire in any branch

the pj's save other special forces???.... going to rescue a down pilot is NOT resueing other special forces. might want to look into that answer a little more my man. nothing on pj's...they train hard and do good things but don't save other spec ops.
