    不運fuun is no fortune, or no lucky as noun.

    Mainly literal expression.

    運が悪いun ga warui is either adjective or verb

    like (somebody) is unlucky or bad luck.

    Unlucky or bad luck (somebody), too.

    Colloquial expression.

    ついてないtsuite nai means つきがないtsuki ga nai

    and is also either adjective or verb

    like (somebody) is without luck/fortune or with bad luck/fortune.

    Colloquial expression, too.

    for ex.

    I was unlucky,today.

    今日の私は 不運 でした。
