  1. They both essentially mean the same thing.  I still talk to him is better English.  But either way, you're basically saying I have talked to him before and I still do.

  2. both mean the same thing. but "I still talk to him" sounds more correct. You could still say, "I talk to him still" and people will still get what you are trying to convey

  3. The word "still" in this sentence is used as an adverb, modifying (telling more about) the word talk.  It is telling more about when you talk to him, not more about him (his character).  Using it next to the word talk is better English grammar.

Thank you for your concern about learning proper English grammar.  It is not an easy language.  Good luck!

  4. The first is passive voice and the second one is active voice

  5. no difference, just a different way to say the same thing

But I think the proper way to say it, is " I still talk to him."

  6. The word order in the first sentence is somewhat unusual. "Still", being an adverb modifying the verb "talk", more conventionally, would appear close to the verb, as it is in the second sentence.

By modifying normal syntax, one can achieve a poetic effect. To me, the second sentence is fairly straightforward.

I'm remembering a song that goes "Still, though we're far apart: still, though you broke my heat, I love you still."
