Whats the difference between these two test kits???

Not quite, the bottom one is a fertility monitor allowing you to test every day, store the info and really get to know your cycle.  The top one is a basic ovulating predictor kit.  You use it approximately when you think you will be ovulating and then throw it out the test stick.  You cannot store the info and monitor your levels over an extended period of time.

The fertility monitor is also much more expensive . . . more of an investment if you are struggling to conceive.

ok so the first one is where you have about 7 tests or something like that in the box. the other is where you buy the monitor and then buy the test strips. but yes the both DO the same thing.

first one only tells you two days and only shows a smiley face if its the two days.

As where the second one tells you what your two peak days are. Plus days that still have a shot at. It also stores your information for you.

No, the fertility monitor is just that, a fertility monitor. It will tell you when you are ovulating so you know the best days to baby dance. The pregnancy test tells you if you are pregnant or not.
