  1. Every broker is a dealer.  The broker/dealer is the company.  The functions are carried out by the representatives of the company.  You can think of the dealer function, the trader, as managing the inventory.  And the broker peddles the inventory.

    Trading is buying selling of currencies, commodities or stock. but broking is giving trading platform to traders.
