  1. Well with badmition you have 2 players,(i guess you could have more players on each side if you would like, but i have only played with 2) a birdie, and a racket....you use the racket to hit the birdie over the net.....with volleyball you can have more then 2 players, up to 6 players (i think) on each side of the net, you use a volleyball and you hit it over the net with your hands.....

  2. In volleyball, you use a regulation size volley ball to serve over the net. With badminton, you serve a shuttlecock over the net with a badminton  racket.

  3. In badminton you use a racket and a birdie as compared to volleyball where its your hands and a volleyball... in badminton if the birdie hits anywhere other than your racket its no longer playable... not so in volleyball... volleyball net is higher... in badminton there is usually 1 player per side or its 2 players per side...  volleyball it is usually 6 to a side (unless beach volleyball.. then there can be 2 or 3 i think)...  Badminton you can only hit the birdie once before it has to go over the net... volleyball you can have up to 3 touches... volleyball you can serve to any part of the court on the other side of the net... badminton you must serve cross court... there are prolly more but i can't think of any right now

  4. In badminton, you get a racket and use a birdie. In volleyball, you hit the ball with your hands and the ball is bigger.

  5. If you think about it they're the kinda the same but in volleyball there are more players, no racket, a ball instead of a shuttle, and a higher net.

  6. It is not that hard to tell!!!! Man ... Badmiton you play with birdies and a raquet, easy, not too physical sport. VOLLEYBALL is ver active and crazy. You use your entire body, from head to toe!!!! AND you play with a bigger ball, called a Volleyball.LOL!!!

  7. badminton uses "birdies" and racquets. volleyball uses hands and volleyballs

  10. badminton is like tennis except without a ball

  11. man, they are so different to even ask how are they different !hehehehe

  12. Let's try this in the form of an SAT question... badminton is to volleyball (both are played on a court with a net) as soccer is to football (both are played on a field with lines)

  13. VOLLEYBALL- a team consists of 6 people on the court
