  1. WiFi refers to a wireless network link, whereas Integrated 10/100 Base-T NIC would be a plug for a wired network connection.

  2. WiFi refers to IEEE 802.11, a means of connecting to a computer network with radio waves.  This wireless method of connecting will generally run between 11 and 54 Mbps.

10/100 Base-T refers to IEEE 802.3, otherwise known as Ethernet.  This is a wired connection that will run at either 10 or 100 Mbps.
