  1. speed.  wireless n speed is about 300 mbps, wireless g is 54mbps, wireless g+ is 108mbps.

  2. N has a wider working range, higher speed, less affected by interference and better able to handle multiple connections.

Overall, N is a signifantly better standard. I switched about 6 months ago and do not regret it. The few downsides to N might include a larger antenna (quad pole vs G's di-pole type) and the possibility of interoperability problems between brands with early versions of the devices.

  3. "N" is faster and has more range. If your Computer has a "G" wireless card, you will only be able to utilize "G" speed.

  4. N has a wider Wi-Fi range.
