Whats the difference in summer vacation between US and Canada?

i mean like i heard somewhere that americans get 3 months vacation june-sept? and canada gets 2 july and august

is that true

not a whole lot actually the weather in canada is pretty warm lots to do beaches, hotes the usual etc,

BC is a great place lots of great beaches,restraunts, and shopping

In Canada you're far less likely to get mugged.

Canada and the U.S both have the same months for summer, so no difference there.  They both have the same coasts east and west on the same oceans.  Mountain ranges are shared as well.  I suppose if you really want a difference, the further south that you go in the States, the hotter the climate will be.  And the further north you go in Canada the cooler it may be and the more sunlight one would get due to the midnight sun effect.  The people are pretty much the same and like the same things...all in all...there is not a lot of difference at all.

Ours usually starts later and we start school later than most

americans.  

I work in a school and our last day is June 25, we return Sept. 2.
