Whats the differents between withdrwal limit & withdrawal amount with paypal

I am trying to set up my paypal account and it is telling me that my withdrawal limit is 500 for the month and my withdrawal amount is 3000 for the month I don't understand.

  1. They may have meant 500 a day and not more than 3000 for the month?
