does sea salt have the same amount of sodium as regular table salt i have high blood and i hate the no sodium salt

Sea salt is from... Whales sperm... making the sea salty....

Table salt is from the ground... coracles and is engineered in labs... (Now factor's)

Their is a diff amount of Sodium but not by much  no sodium salt... Salt = sodium... so basically you aren't eating salt at all that's why you wouldn't like it with many others
