There is no difference between .6 and 0.6 It is because .6 is 60% of 100 and 0.6 is 60% of 100 and the 0 in front of 0.6 is just a place holder and it is not really need and the two numbers .6 and 0.6 are the same one just has a place holder which in some cases is not really needed.
