  1. Entertainment Districts around Perth/Fremantle specifically for Dining Out would include -

Mt Lawley, Subiaco, Leederville, Northbridge, Como, South Perth, Applecross, Perth CBD, Fremantle, West Perth, Victoria Park.

There are probably others but these are what i would consider to be the main ones.

Hope that is of some help.

    Cheers :)

  2. If you are asking about Electoral districts between Fremantle and Perth that are either side of the Swan River, then there is more than one. To travel to Perth  from Fremantle you can go viva Stirling Hwy or Canning Hwy

Below I have listed  the districts along those routes.

    The Electoral districts are:

    Fremantle

    Profile

City of Fremantle and surrounding suburbs, west of Carrington Street and south of the Swan mouth. The electorate also includes Rottnest Island, and in all covers 45 km².

    Cottesloe

    Profile

38 km² on the narrow strip of land between the lower reaches of the Swan River and the Indian Ocean. From south to north, the electorate includes the suburbs of North Fremantle, Mosman Park, Peppermint Grove, Cottesloe, Claremont, Swanbourne, Mt Claremont, Shenton Park and parts of City Beach and Floreat.

    Nedlands

    Profile

Affluent patch of the city on the northern banks of the Swan River, extending as far east as the Mitchell Freeway. It includes Dalkeith, Nedlands, Subiaco, Daglish, Jolimont, Wembley, West Leederville and West Perth. The electorate covers 26 km², and includes Kings Park, the University of Western Australia at Crawley and Parliament House.

    South Perth

    Profile

Across the Swan River from the Perth CBD, the electoral district of South Perth covers 24 km² on the point of the peninsula between the Swan and Canning Rivers. It includes all of the suburbs of Como, Karawarra, Manning, Salter point, South Perth and Waterford, and parts of the suburbs of Bentley, East Victoria Park, Kensington and St James.

    Alfred Cove

The Alfred Cove district was created by the redistribution before the 1996 State election, and combined the riverside northern ends of the abolished electorates of Melville and Applecross.

It covers 21 square kilometres along the southern shore of the Swan River between the Canning River and Point Walter, incorporating all the suburbs between the shoreline and Leach Highway. Suburbs include Attadale, Alfred Cove, Applecross Ardross, Mount Pleasant, Booragoon, Myaree and parts of Melville, Bicton and Palmyra. It is a very affluent area including many riverside properties, with the oldest age profile of any Perth electorate, more than a quarter of voters being aged over 65.

    Perth

    Profile

The inner northern suburbs of Perth to the east of the Mitchell Freeway. As well as the Perth CBD, the electorate includes East Perth, Northbridge, Highgate, Mt Lawley, Leederville, Mt Hawthorn, North Perth and parts of Menora. It covers 21 km².
