Whats the driving age in new zealand?

im 15, can i go for my learners?i heard last year that they were raising the age to 16 this year,so, can i get my learners when im 15?my mate has her's.

Yes !    You must be at least 15 years old before you can apply for a car driver licence in New Zealand.
