Whats the easiest route to get my B.S in nursing?

Im so confused about all the options. Any advice is helpful!

  1. The easiest route is to get an associates degree (ADN) in nursing (still an RN) at a community college; get a job and then bridge to a bachelors. If you pick your job carefully they may offer tuition assistance to get than bachelors.

The easiest way for you in your situation would be to get a ASN (Associates of Science in Nursing), work for a bit, then bridge that into a 2 year BSN (Bachelor's of Science in Nursing) at a community college. If you really want to go all out, you can try to apply for the straight 4 year BSN program. You'll have 6 week clinicals during the beginning of summer and you can often work as an undergraduate nurse at a hospital and get paid $20+/hour. All Nursing programs are really competitive anywhere, so be prepared to not get accepted the first try and keep applying!
