Well assuming you buy anyone's stuff, try using free things like submitting to article directories (it's free) like ezinearticles and goarticles. You've posted in yahoo answers so that's a link.

You can also post that link from directories such as dmoz.org, or do a search for "directories" and put ur article links there.

You can also use squidoo to also advertise though most people there are also looking to advertise too (so you won't see much $ or traffic from it at all). Your best bet is to optimize for search engines such as yahoo, google, and msn.
