I need $2500 to move in.

Its a two bedroom townhouse for $500 a month and we have to just pay lights and gas which is perfect for my boyfriends and me. We could do this and really make it work for us.

The equity plus the member fee is $2500. What would be the quickest way to get that kind of money?

Is there anyway you can get a loan from a bank? otherwise..the other person was right on. get a second job and save. good luck

Most people get it from grandma.  Seriously.  It's a great investment in your future.

both of  you get second jobs and bank all that salary. Cut your expenses.

Save or wait till your finances are a bit more in order. That's about it.

Unless you know someone willing to loan it to you. But in all honesty, starting out with a new place that you needed a loan (other bank loans for mortgages obviously) is never a good idea. Catching up financially is never easy...
