i need help how to gut load meal worms and crickets because am getting my leopard gecko for my b-day and i want to be prepared please help me.

Leopard geckos are great pets. The best way to gut load crickets is to buy dry Flukers cricket food. You can use fruits and vegetables (cucumbers and carrots work the best) or you can buy a Flukers calcium enriched jello thing. You can use the same thing for mealworms or you can go with the orange cube Flukers food.

Just remember, don't feed meal worms to babies. Wait until your leo is about 4 inches long before you start to feed them meal worms. Also use pinhead crickets for babies.
