Whats the educate when a car is turning and your behind them.?

Question

Lets just say your in traffic the car ahead of you is turning left. Its a two lane street. Your in the left lane. You are completely stopped. You are behind them and would like to turn your turn signal on and go around. BUT there is a car behind you and a car behind them and another car behind them. Who gets to go around first? The guy all the way in the back and so on down the line or are you first? Hope you can understand that. :)

If you are driving straight along a two lane road and the vehicle ahead of you is turning left, you should never change lanes within 50 ft of any intersection. This is dangerous and if you look on the road, there is probably a solid line which means you cannot legally change lanes anyway.

Your visibility is impaired and an oncoming vehicle could make a left turn  and hit you as you go around the left turning vehicle that close to any intersection. Be patient and wait. The only time you should pass in that situation is if the vehicle ahead of you is stalled, and even then use maximum caution.

The answer to this question has alot to do with "Consideration" for other drivers on the road. The car DIRECTLY behind the turning vehicle should be the 1st car to pass on the right, BUT, since this world has become a "ME FIRST" planet, that rarely will happen. If I am the 2nd car (the one behind you) I will pull out and give you right-of-way to pull out. Depending on the amount of cars behind you, the safest thing is to be patient, put your right turn signal on (to merge into traffic) and most of the time someone will eventually let you in. All in all, the car in front will eventually turn. So even if you have to wait for another green light, it's better then being involved in an accident!!

Pull out SLOWLY and give others time to react, as people realize that the person is turning left and they have the option to go around, at different times.
