  2. go  wheat  free. No pasta, pizza, bread and so on. And no food after 7

p.m.  People  achieve  marvellous  results  with it. Depending on your

initial  weight,  you can drop upwards from 20 pounds a month. If you don't eat  wheat  then you don't eat all those sticky, fatty goey cakes, you don't  eat  junk  food,  and  you don't eat biscuits. But your diet is

still  balanced. It costs nothing, and you do not have to calculate points or to buy special meals or plans.

  3. East six small measl throutout the day rather then thee big ones....dont east after 6 pm ,,,,,,,and drink losts of water ....and NO juice or caffine then  exersise with Jack http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=TKCGe2Ezr...

  4. Unfortunately, there is no easy way to lose weight.  There is no magic formula when it comes to quick weight loss.

I know. I struggled for many years.  Especially after the birth of my last son.  I have 4 boys.  Yes, whilst many diets did work and I was able to lose considerable amounts of weight on them.  Like most people as soon as I stopped dieting all the weight would pile back on, plus more.

So I came the conclusion that I would change my lifestyle.  I ate a healthy sensible diet and I did embark on regular exercise.  The two work perfectly together.  The results were absolutely amazing.  I managed to lose 48lbs in just over 6 months.  That was 2 years ago.  I have since then been able to maintain my weight with ease.

I kept all junk foods, ready made meals, alcohol, and takeaway meals to an absolute minimum.  Junk foods is high in refined sugar and full of saturated fat.  Junk food is just what it says - JUNK.  With one added ingredient in - FAT.

I eat lean meats (no fat on), poultry (no skin on), fish with scales on (no batter), eggs, plenty of fresh fruit and vegetables (including potatoes - making sure I keep all carbohydrates plain and simple, low fat dairy products, skimmed milk and non sugary cereals.

I included more wholefoods into my diet.  Such as brown bread, brown rice, brown pasta, beans & pulses.  These are high in fibre and will keep you feeling fuller for longer.

As I said I did embark on exercise.  This is up to you entirely if wish to do so.  The benefits of exercise far outweighs the effort it takes.  You really do have more energy when you exercise.  The body is designed to MOVE.  There is an exercise for everyone.  I took up running.  Obviously I had to start off very slowly.  I now run on a regular basis.

Anyway, I wish you lots of good luck.

  5. On the website below, you'll find lots of helpful info. about weight loss.  For the healthiest way to lose weight, I'd use the "Eat Healthy" section.  That's how we should all be eating all the time.  But for the FASTEST weight loss, see the "Diet Plans" section.  You'll find 4-5 "drastic diets" designed for rapid weight loss.  I've tried them all and they all work, but my personal favorite is the 5-4-3-2-1 diet.  You pick the food but the diet helps you eat small amounts.  Just be sure to pick healthy food so that your metabolism stays strong.  Drink plenty of water and exercise daily.  You'll be ready for the beach in no time.  Good luck!

  6. There's no quick fix way to do it, really.  You have to exercise and change the way you eat -- not necessarily go on a diet.  Here's a video that might help you out:
