  1. fastest would be wc, you can cut lots of willow/yews, store it in bank until you get 99 in it and take it out after and sell it or get lots of firemaking exp from it.

  2. seeing as both of those skills are really useless..

Definately cooking would be the next best way to go, you can buy tons of raw fish, cook them, and sell them back.. It's really fast, not very expensive and you can actually use the skill.

  3. The cheapest is woodcutting. All you have to buy is your axe. I have the dragon axe which was 1.6M but well worth it. Either fletch or burn your logs. if you fletch you can make money as long as you are cutting your logs

  4. Woodcutting and fire-making are the fastest skills to get to 99. Fire making does cost quite a bit of money, but could be free if you cut your own logs however this would increase the amount of time needed to reach 99 fire making. Fletching is also a very easy skill to get to 99 but does cost lots of money unless of course you cut your own logs.

  5. cheepest would be woodcutting, all you need is an axe. fastest is firemaking, using normal logs and the new beacon network, training is really fast and really cheap.

  6. The fastest would be firemaking, if you bought the logs, but you would have to spend money. Woodcutting would be fastest if you didn't want to spend any money at all.

  7. ya try woodcutting I'm lvl 83 wc it took me 2 weeks to get to lvl 60 from lvl 20

  8. The f2p skills which do not request any money to advance is woodcutting and fishing (and of course combat skills, but these are dangerous). Anyway you can't expect to have a 99 skill in 1 week.

If you want to figure out how much you have to work on getting 99 levels you can use calculators which can really help you. Ex: I am 66 woodcutting with "x" xp points. I type there the xp points I have and the xp points goal, then there appear a list of logs (I mean woodcutting of course) and how much of each type you need to cut in order to get how much xp you need.

    I hope I helped ;)
