  1. if you live in NSW Australia, you cant drive turbo/super charged cars. as far as i know theres no power restriction, most p platers can drive standard cars inc V8 etc... not high performance vehicles or modified vehicles for racing.

Most rice burner cars are little 4 bangers (4 cyliners) whith and exhaust etc.. Their sound systems are often more powerful than the engines. (all show and no go).

  2. I don't know what you mean about a p plate car, but the fastest street legal production car right now is,  the Shelby Super Cars  Ultimate Aero TT.  it can go over 250mph.  and it is made in the good United States of America.   I belive the runner up is the bugatti veyron, along with the saleen s7 and the koeniseg super car. but good luck affording any of them.

  3. oooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooo...

The hot dog car i drive around that has a big weiner and two icecream balls on the roof, ITS REALLY COOL AND IM ONLY SELLING IT FOR 2,000,000,00,00,00,00,00,000K, I allready have a bid on ebay for it, (i put it on there for 2 dollars) if u don't want it.. *HMPH

  4. That would depend on which jurisdiction you are in.

  5. as long its not  6 cilandar turbo car it doesnt matter

  6. Definition of a high powered vehicle:

A power to mass ratio which exceeds 125 kilowatts per tonne; or an engine capacity which exceeds 3.5 litres per tonne of the unladen mass (tare) of the motor vehicle, So therefore most smaller sized cars are fine to drive and if you add mods like a turbo, exhaust etc you can be under this limit, besides how are to cops going to know if your over this limit?? it's rarely inforced because i see alot of 'p' platers driveing 5ltr commodores.

  7. For "P" plate legality, you can't exceed the speed your colour is issued for! Otherwise you could drive whatever vehicle you wish.

If you have any sense at all, while you are on "P"'s, you will observe the rules and keep out from under the notice of the police. It's too easy to be disqualified.

If you want to race, go race at a track under controlled conditions.  Save all us other road users and pedestrians that you would otherwise threaten.

  8. Depends on how much you want to spend.

I would go for something light weight with a good size engine.

Hard one really Turbos are the way forward I think.

Nissan Skyline R32 you could get on cheap enough.

I you want a cheap car I might beable to get you a good deal on something contact me via my we-site if you like.
