Whats the fastest way i can make some money and i mean money in order to pay off driving tickets???

i need money fast in order to get my drivers licence and i owe about 5 grand plus!im 17 and i just wanna drive badly im a careful driver and just wish i had the money to pay them off and go get mt licence fast also in order to go visit my girlfriend that lives up north like 8 hours away from me!!please help me out!!

Don't rush. If ur only 17 and have that many tickets I don't want you driving on the same roads I do. Take a bus.
