  1. You would need to duplicate them.  They  have machines do this, or pay companies to do this.  It would be hard to do them all at home,  maybe at work if everybody has there own DVD burn (use co-works computers).

  2. put them in microwave... kidding :)

the best software i found so far is Roxio Easy CD and DVD Creator ... also it depends on your PC, how fast it is..

  3. Fire them !

    Sorry for bad joke

But you can distribute them on several cd burners

  4. The less data on the CD, the less you have to burn.

    Here's what you do.

    1. Rip all the songs on the CD to mp3 format, with as much compression as you can

    2. Zip everything

    3. Make an "iso" image (any cd burner utility out there can do this)

    4. Start burning, skip all tests, if a burn fails just throw the CD away, assume all the CDs are good and give them out.

You can usually turn a 600-700 mb CD into a 60-70 MB cd this way, and each will burn in about 5 minutes. 12 cds is still better than 0, and should give you time to keep your guests busy while a friend burns the other 22.

  5. Even with the fastest machine possible that is not feasible.  It generally takes at least 10 minutes per cd.  You would need a multi cd copier and software.

  6. you would need a mutli copying machine, eg a machine designed only for copying cd's, it depends on how big these cds are, if its a small size about 100-200mb then it will take about 5 mins per cd.
