Whats the fastest way to deflate a bouncy castle?

Maybe you could just cut it or put something heavy while de-flating it.

Place something with a heafty weight on top of the castle. The more downforce, the faster the deflation.

Pull all the plugs out and sit or lay on it will squeezing them to let the air out faster.

What I do is put strong pegs on the nozzles to hold them open, then a weight or three distributed around to keep the pressure on - still takes an age, but at least you can go have a cup of tea (or a beer) while it deflates.

keep bouncing in it while its unplugged and letting air out, then when it gets lower have some friends help you " roll " the air out.
