  1. a gun and a shovel

  2. If everyone agrees on everything...it's just a matter of re-filing the paperwork, paying the fee, and waiting until the judge rules.

In Nevada, this takes a week.

    So...get cracking on that paperwork.

  3. He better call that attorney and get it fixed for good!

  4. Yikes!  He better do something quick or he will be in all kinds of legal trouble.  Have him call the original lawyer and they should be able to file the "mistake or overlooked" paperwork quickly.

    Good luck!

  5. there's no way to get a divorce that fast. They have to put the marriage off until it is resolved. I live in Texas and with no fight it takes 90 days. He either one can file the divorce his self by getting the papers of the internet its like 15 dollars plus whatever the court fees are. The other option is a lawyer. why doesn't he call his lawyer who was suppose to have them divorced and see what he can do? Shouldn't this guy have been to court to to know if it was or was not finalized. Why were neither of them their to know what happened?

  6. Man that is messed up that it was over ten years ago and not divorced yet!! I would go talk to the lawyer that did it and tell him to fix HIS mistake!
