Whats the fastest way to increase your height?

Im 16 years old and im 120 lbs 5 feet 5 inches. My father is 5 feet 11 inches and my mom is about 5 ft 3 inches..i just wanna know any way to increase my height at least until i get to 5 feet 7 inches..i am open to any suggestions. Im mostly looking for the fastest way possible but im open to anything

  1. Increase HGH output (only works if your growth plates are still open).  Or a stretching routine (this is not fast at all and you'd have to stick with it for at least a year for noticeable, permanent results).

  7. A few things that help...

    I was 5’1 at 27. now I am turning 28 in a month and I am 5’6. I grew the most during this summer because I actually started using super-growth .

    the following helped me and still help:

    1) Drinking at least 2 big glasses of milk a day.

    2.) playing basketball and going swimming. Basketball really helps, and you should also work out your calves and thigh muscles, that helps too.

    3)Eat alot, because when I started to get taller I didn’t gain a pound but I looked skinnier.

  8. your growth is probably stunted for the time being. it will start back up again but to speed it up take some pills for growth. that should help you grow a couple inches.

  10. You can't necessarily do anything to increase your height.  It's already been determined by the DNA you now have thanks to your mother and father.  The best way to insure the height that you can potentially reach is to maintain as healthy a lifestyle as possible.

  12. If you're going to get any taller, it'll happen with time.  There is no way to just make yourself taller.  At your age, you'll keep growing for a little while longer.
