    I ate as much of the diet food as I wanted.  In fact, I ate CONSTANTLY.

    Here's the trick, if you want to lose weight FAST:

    Eat only raw fruits and raw vegetables.  Don't buy any specialty food, and don't try to spice anything.  The most that you should ever do is make raw juice.

    Eat one thing at a time.  Eat an entire apple all by itself, then eat an entire yellow squash by itself, then eat an entire carrot by itself.  The key to conquering cravings is to only eat one kind of food at a time.

    There are a lot of specialty foods for raw-foodists, but they only create cravings, and you can't be sure that all the ingredients are raw.  SALT is your enemy - you can carry twenty extra pounds of water weight just because of salt!  So don't use sea salt, or any kind of salt.  Stay away from agave nectar, because it only increases cravings.

    Eat as many avocados and raw nuts as you want.  Be careful of almonds and cashews; thier packaging will say that they're raw, but unless they are imported and the package says raw, it's a lie.  For all other raw nuts, and avocados, you can eat tons and not worry about the fat.  The fats in these raw foods are extremely good for you, and they work with your system to burn your fat.

    Make sure to eat some leafy greens.  Spinach is easy to eat by itself, as is lettuce.  One of my favorite tricks is to make myself a pineapple/kale juice.  Juicing is the only time when you should mix foods.  Greens contain calcium and iron, two vitamins that are vital on this diet.  The pineapple juice or orange juice that you mix with the green juice make it taste good, and also helps your body absorb those vitamins; the green juice doesn't do as much good without that Vitamin C and citric acid.

    If you don't have a juicer, you can make your own juice by adding a little water to some fruit in a blender, then blending it thoroughly, and straining the result through a bleached t-shirt.  Any cloth will do, really - and it's easy to make a bunch of bags so that you can toss them in with your whites to be bleached once a week.  That's what I do.

    Raw foods are the best foods for your body.  When your body gets so many vitamins and minerals and enzymes and amino acids and perfect proteins, it decides that it can start to make you more healthy.  Once you stop destroying the goodness in food by cooking it, your body can work on making you healthy.  Your body NEEDS those nutrients to burn fat.
