I work at a call center and this one woman called in about her bill and she had order like $1,000 worth of stuff and said she couldnt afford to pay her bill. I apologized and told her that it was her decision to order the items she ordered and that there is nothing that I could do since they are non-refundable items ... the woman started crying and it was my first day out on the call floor and I didn't know what to do so I said "maam maybe you shouldnt do that when your on your cell phone ... you might get electricuted" ... everyone busted out laughing ...
