I tried it once many years ago on a deserted back country road just to see what it was like. I realized that it felt stupid, probably looked stupid, and was stupid.

So, to answer your question, I'd say about a hundred feet.

You have obviously never seen the aftermath of a road traffic accident, and have no respect for your fellow road user's. I wonder what you would have to say if someone wiped out your nearest and dearest while driving a 1 ton missile with their knees.

I am not stupid enough to steer a car with my knees...but I guess some people are though....like the first answer he drove across Texas...look at his name...need I say more...lol...
