  1. i could be barking up the wrong tree here but I'm sure a balanced force would be stationary (as all forces on the object are balanced) and an unbalanced force would be moving (as a greater amount of work is done by a particular force) thus causing the object to move according to the force doing the greater amount of work.

  2. Balanced forces have opposing forces in the opposite direction that essentially cancel them out.   Unbalanced forces result in a net force in some direction.

  3. Balanced forces do not cause a change in motion. They are equal in size and opposite in direction.

BUT>>>> note that such a balance can exist under both NATURAL tendencies i.e "at rest" or "under uniform rectilinear motion"

if at rest > under balance > will remain at rest

if was moving> or even accelerating, and at time t=0, balance was achieved, then it will continue to move with that (v) which it had acquired at t=0 >>> no change of motion thereafter

Unlike balanced forces, unbalanced forces always cause a change in motion. They are not equal and opposite. resultant change is in the direction of the dominating force of the lot vectorily. you can apply this as well on 2 natural tendencies
