Whats the going rates for scrap copper & brass.?

i have a dusbin full of old taps & loads of off cuts of copper pipe.

i think copper pipe is around £2,600 aton & brass is around £2,500 per ton. shop round for the best price,dont get ripped off.

At the moment i think the going rate is £3000 per ton for copper.

If you have a bin full it could be worth a few quid!
