Whats the good thing tennis does?

Im 11 and i want to try tennis... It sounds really cool and im really out of shape..

Im skinny and all but i have nothing on my arms..

Or legs.

And im reallybad at running.

I weigh 87 pounds and 4 ft 9 or 10 inches

Does it give you a beacini body?

  1. it gives u better hand and eye cordination

    will increase your stamina and give u somewhat of a body workout

    but u should also exercise on the side


  2. tennis can make your body shape better if you are careful... but if nothing works after playing tennis for a year, you can change your sports to gymnastics

  3. It helps with your obliques and makes them look better. Uhhhh, it improves you reflexes a lot, control, and arm muscle a lot. Tennis is a great sport.

    try running, weight training etc

You would probably be better off if you added tennis as part of a more comprehensive work out plan that includes weight training and aerobics, but if you're really bad at running, tennis would actually help you gain coordination since it requires you to build movement skills.  It may not give you a bikini body, but it will sure help you look a lot more fluid and less gawky when you run down the beach in a bikini ;)
