  2. rice is always healthy.. never can go wrong with this one. i usually get honey chicken and rice platter though.

    i also prefer asian than chinese.

  4. rice i am on a healthier diet and the doctor said that rice steamed or fried is the best for you

  5. steamed stuff: fish, veggies

    others: rice, tofu, veggies plate, chickens kinda healthy...

    mainly... tell the waiter to tell the cook no MSG PLZ!, and some of the items got sauces so ask for light on sauce, then some veggies plate has sauce poured onto it, so for that ask for sauce on the side..

    over all there isn't really a HEALTHIEST thing to get... just manage the intake of food and drink tea (supposedly it washes down the grease and stuff... iono im azn and that's what my family says to me) also in grade school and such, workout, eat fruit and dont eat past was it 6? haha i can't recall... but i for one manage and WORKOUT is FUN!

    Indian soups, or Chinese Egg Drop soup, Hot and Sour soup

    Thai summer rolls

    Thai satay

    Sauteed tofu

    Steamed Chinese vegetables

    Chinese fortune cookies, 40 calories each
