  1. No sauce, the steamed or stirfried veggies and skinless chicken.

  2. mostly everything is ok just in portions dont go overboard with rice and stay away from the fried foods. sushi maybe.. but best... edamame is a good appitizer is just steamed soy beans.. but they taste good in my opinion

  3. Tofu ( curd bean) ... a dish which is used tofu.

    I recommend a Kaiseki-ryouri-restaurant.

    check kaiseki-ryori on wiki

It's so healthy, without meat and fishes, but it isn't shabby at all. I always admire kaiseki-ryouri-dishes, which look even gorgeous. I really love it.

  5. most places have a diet menu. steamed chicken is probably the best option. no matter what, restaurant rice is almost always the worst thing to eat. stir-fried foods can be okay. ask what oil they use, because most restaurants actually use healthy oils now. avoid deep fried foods, not because of the oil, but because of the batter those foods are dipped in before they are fried. watch the sauces. high quality restaurants probably use better natural ingredients and their sauces might be okay, whereas a lower-quality restaurant will more than likely have sugar or high fructose corn syrup as the main ingredient in their sauces. hope this helps.

  6. water
