  6. The healthiest way to get drunk? Start by eating well before you start drinking. Wine is supposed to be healthy, but personally I prefer any kind of hard liquor. Beer is basically the junk food of alcohols, but a high-quality beer is always better than a cheap one. And remember to drink plenty of water or other liquids after drinking, otherwise the alcohol will turn your liver to s*h*i*t a lot faster.

  7. No matter what you drink, if you end up blowing a BAC of X, you've done the same damage.  Whether you did it with beer, wine, or vodka, the damage is all there.

    Remember that drinking and health follows a J-Curve.  It starts out at some random mortality rate, then with 1-2 drinks a day, it drops, but at 3-4 it goes back up, higher than it is for 0 drinks, and ultimately keeps on going higher.

    The lowest amount of calories you can consume to get drink is any clear liquor + any diet drink.  On the other hand, beer gives vitamins.  But wine also has anti-oxidants.  So, maybe you should have everything.

  8. the more expensive alcohol is usually the purest, it normally has the least impurities, its distilled the most.  it makes it not AS hard on your body organs.  however, hard alcohol does tear up your stomach.  boxed wine and cheap alcohol is terrible for you, seriously terrible, the worst out of all (and grain).  red wine has something good for you in it..i forget what specifically i am drawing a blank im sure someone can answer for me...but too much of any alcohol does a job on your body. vodka is the least likely to give you a hang over.  wine gives a terrible one  (but if u drink it slow its a great drunk, i think) but when u drink it enough times the hangover diminishes. it doesnt make me sleepy as it does some people. whiskey and tequila i have found to have the worst hangovers and they f*ck me up too much.
