Whats the healthiest way to cook boiled or steamed rice?

  1. Just bring 2 cups water (salted) to a boil, add 1 cup rice, cover and simmer for 15 min..  It doesn't matter if you boil or steam it, there isn't a lot of nutritional value in rice.


  2. Rice is cooked by steam does not matter if you start off boiling it or not, its steam that cooks it.  

  3. This question is unclear.

    If you're asking whether to boil or steam rice, there's really  not much difference.  Both use water to cook the rice.
