Whats the herb or substance which you can smoke safely?

i would like to know, what this substance is called which seems like tobacco but isn't, it's a herb or something which needs to be dyed out, and it is meant to be fruity, it is not carcinogenic either, please can anyone tell me the products name, and where to get it? thanks please no stupid comments

If you are putting smoke in your lungs you are putting tar in your lungs. Any smoke.
