  1. i heard that .48 too,

    its some where around there.

  2. Just read about  a guy that had .491 in Rhode Island.

  3. .5 is considered death so yea your right. They have a scale for this somewhere.

  4. We arrested a guy who was .43, but looked as sober as you and I (well, me, anyway). Been drinking Jack Black, straight up, for a solid week. Was driving in on Hwy 7, chunking empty whiskey bottles at an 18-wheeler. Threw a fit when the nurse went to draw blood. Took eight of us to hold him down.

    Good times.

  5. By all rights? Someone with a BAC ( blood alcohol level) above .40 should be in a coma. What that translates to in English is that 40% of the fluid in their body is alcohol. But... someone who is a chronic alcoholic is used to having high blood alcohol levels, and they probably also have some kidney damage ( kidney's help to filter the alcohol out of the body) so things don't work as well as just taking someone healthy off the street and seeing how fast the alcohol clears out of their system. In my personal experience, the highest BAC I've ever seen on someone was .43, and they walked into our facility, and I could understand what they were saying ( as opposed to crawling along the sidewalk or finding someone passed out) But let me tell you... it wasnt pretty!

  6. • Man with 0.491 blood alcohol level, still alive, arrested in R.I.

  7. I THINK IT DEPENDS ON THE INDIVIDUAL I WRECKED MY TRUCK AND WAS 4.6 BUT I DIDN'T WAKE UP FOR 5 DAYS
