It depends on if you are applying to be a driver, manager, or any other position.  For all positions, they require you to provide picture ID and social security card.  Drivers also need to provide a motor vehicle record (which you can get at your local courthouse for a few dollars), a drivers' license (if that was not the photo ID), proof of insurance for the vehicle, and proof of registration for the vehicle.

All employees will be required to attend a four hour orientation program, which includes an employee handbook and several video tapes that haven't been updated for about 20 years.  During this orientation, you will be filling out all the orientation paperwork and doing a lot of busy work.  Included in the paperwork is the I-9, W-4, and any other government paperwork needed in your area.

On your first day, you may be required to watch some more videos, depending on what the position is.  You may also shadow a manager or driver for the evening.
