  1. Like any other place.  They ask questions, you answer.  You ask questions, they answer.

  2. They hand you a bra.. and say "here, fill this out"

  3. I assume you are going for a job interview. Your probably should be there about five minutes (at least) prior to your interview. Your dress is in accordance to what position you sought. I guess you are just applying for a low rank position in this case. All you need is to put on clean dress for this interview. In most of the case, you need to fill an application first and then pass to the supervisor or manager to examine it. If there's a vacancy, you will bring in for an interview. I assume you are just want to get a job, a labor job. The interviewer will probably evaluate your physical appearance then come up with something in his or her mind. Suppose there is a vacancy in the packing department, he probably want to give you a try. He may just tell you about the nature of work of a packer in the Cheese cake factory. What's the working hour, hourly rate of a packer, and the pay raise after the probation period. The benefits of medical, statute holidays, overtime pay rate, yearly bonus etc.. After you hearing what the interviewer say, you make up your mind to accept it or reject it. Or you can negotiate for a higher starting salary if you have work experience.

  4. Just like any other interview.. they ask U questions

  5. DON'T DO IT!!!! find a job somewhere else. As a server you get the typical $2.13/hr (except a few states) but you also have to tip out a good portion to the bartender and buss staff as they also make $2.13/hr. I'd find somewhere else to work.

  6. I worked at the Cheesecake factory for awhile. The interview process is pretty standard.  If they do offer you a position, the real test to see if you will "work out" there comes in the training process. Its a pretty intense two week process with a 2 part 3 hour test at the end. You have two chances to pass, and if you don't you are no longer offered a position.

They want you to pass, but I have seen alot of people fail the first time. The make up test is the same as the first, so you just have to remember what you got wrong, and take it from there.

As far as comments not to work there, it all depends on your experience and what you want to do. As a server you do tip out alot. However, if you dont have alot of experience with serving, its a great way to build some and get your feet wet.

Cooking and other BOH positions have it pretty good. After you work there for a little while you are eligible for benefits and their hourly wage is competitive.

Host/bussing positions are pretty good as well since everyone works as a team. You may not make a ton of money but it will build experience and you will have a good time working in a high volume place.

    Good luck!

  7. apply and find out!

  8. idk but I LOVE THAT PLACE!
