Whats the latest and greatest Photoshop?

What is the BEST program out there right now? I mainly want it only for photos but if its a better system that includes video editing that would be fine by me. And also where is the best place to buy it? Online or at a Store?

  1. Adobe Photoshop CS3 is the lastest and greatest photo editing software and should be bought safely from the Adobe site. Sony Vegas is a good program to buy for video editing.


  2. Microsolf has a free download on thier download site. Free is good.
