Whats the least depressing job as a social worker.?

  1. As a  social worker for the past 15 years, I think they are all pretty depressing, but probably working in the public assistance office as a caseworker would be least troublesome as far as needing to get involved with client issues/problems. Don't go near anything working with children if you want to keep your sanity. That has the highest burn out rate among social workers.
