Whats the least expensive way to establish a business credit file?

Dun and Bradstreet wants $600 to establish a credit file and to get a DB number. Is ther another less expensive alternative to obtaining a credit file for a business as opposed to paying the 600?

unless you are planning on having a lot of cash flow you should not have to have a credit file -- use you personal credit score!!!
