At fast food places, like mcdonalds and wendys,

whats the leat fat dressing? or the one with the least calories?

No clue it depends on where you go hun. I do know that zesty italian is low fat but the rest are FULL of calories ranch is like 160 calories in a tablespoon! Thousand Island isnt any better. Blue cheese no clue. Sorry.

Anything Light. If they had Red Wine Vinaigrette, that&#039;s 0 calories!

Light Italian... Balsamic Vinaigrette if they have it.... if they dont have these, then Light Ranch.

Oil and Vinegar is always best. If not I&#039;m guessing vinaigrette is the next best thing.
